I get it, I’ve been there! I dealt with fear around food for years, but it was ultimately that fear of calories that led me to learn to cook. Then when I got educated about what real, whole, wonderful food was, I continued cooking so that I had the power to decide what went into my body for all the right reasons and subsequently lost over 20lbs.
The recipes and tips you see here will never be overly complicated, they will be fun, they will encourage you to follow your taste and be creative and they will always be spicy and flavorful just the way you like it!
I’ve been making concoctions in the kitchen since I was a little girl and that freedom to experiment has made me fearless with my food and I want you to learn to feel the same. Burn things until you get it, don’t take yourself too seriously, drink some wine, turn up the music and stay tuned for amazing results!

This will take into account the overall experience as well as the food quality and taste.
